See is a socially awkward guy who comes off as kind of strange at first. He doesn't like leaving their apartment all that much, and he's practically afraid of his own shadow. When they do leave the house, he sometimes ends up staring at things that aren't there and they're generally just pretty jumpy. The only time he seems even remotely calm is when they're cooping himself up in a nest of stuffed animals, stoned out of their mind.
The reason why See's like this is because he was given a Gift. Only, it wasn't a proper Gift. No, this one was artifical, manufactured by CCRP themselves. They wanted to give Subject C the ability to see into different timelines at will. At first, it seemed like they were successful, until Subject C's Gift went into overdrive. All of a sudden, they could see multiple timelines at once, each compounding and melding together in a twisted, jarring mess. No matter how hard he tried, they just couldn't make it stop.
